317/317L Stainless Steel Pipe Flange Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Lap-Joint Face(LJF) Large Male-Female

The ring connection surface of the RJ surface, RTJ is the tongue and groove surface plus the ring connection surface. The tongue and groove surface is different from the ring connection surface, and the grooves of the two flanges have different cut shapes. The RJ ring connection surface is mainly used on necked butt welding flanges and integral flanges. The applicable pressure range is (6.3MPa≤PN≤25.0MPa). The pressure of this seal is relatively high.

Ring connection surface, use octagonal cushion or oval cushion. The octagonal pad is a line sealing form. The material of the metal ring pad is generally soft iron/SS304/SS316/, carbon steel/SS321 and other alloy materials. The metal ring pad has excellent characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure and corrosion resistance. The oval gasket belongs to the form of surface sealing. The metal ring is made of forging and heat treatment and machining. It is a metal sealing gasket used in oil and gas pipe flanges, pressure vessels, high-speed joint surfaces, high temperature and high pressure valve covers, etc. Especially when the pressure and temperature fluctuate, it can still maintain good sealing.
